Description

The City of Philadelphia ("the City") is currently seeking proposals from a qualified, experienced attorney to provide legal consultation services in the areas of intersection of labor law, Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation law, Enforcement Officers' Benefit Act (Heart and Lung) and Civil Service Regulation 32. It is important for this attorney to have experience with labor arbitrations, including Act 111 and employment law. The attorney would be part of a team working with other attorneys and City officials to prepare and deliver the City's case.
