Description

The Department is seeking the services of a full-service ticket sales and distribution company who will act as an "agent" for the sale, processing, and distribution of tickets for performances promoted or presented by the Dell Music Center. Applicant shall make ticket sales, processing and distribution available to the public via the Dell Box Office, or any location or facility operated by the Dell management; this also includes, but not limited to, telephone sales, ticket center sales, and sales using computers, over the internet. Applicant shall have the ability to computerize the Dell Box Office by installing all necessary equipment needed to operate an automated ticketing system, which includes necessary printers, computers, and scanners which will scan multiple types of tickets collected at entry gates. Applicant will also be responsible for supply stock for the equipment.
