Description

The Philadelphia Water Department (PWD) is soliciting proposals from interested and qualified service providers (the Contractor) to provide an array of hydraulic engineering services to conduct various engineering studies of the transmission and distribution water systems (herin referred to "water system" or "water systems"). The services shall provide the PWD with reliable and accurate data to be used for historical comparison as well as future planning of the water system in general. The Contractor will coordinate all testing with PWD Engineering staff and field crews.
