Description

Mantain the integrated document recording and storage systems (DRS) and satisfy all of the requirements in this request for proposal. The scope includes services to expand and upgrade the DRS as required by legal statutes and DOR opertional needs. The selected applicant will provide blanket support services for the document recording software and database. services will include provision of backup, data redundancy and restoration for all DOR software applications and databases to provide rapid deployment of replacement systems and restoration of external mandates. this includes data replication services. The work will include requested services relating to installed software and associated systems and processes to assist in meeting exisiting or emerging DOR objectives and mandates. Such services may included capabilities to meet needs and legal mandates, including the modification of existing custom reports or development and testing of new required reports. Additionally, the work may include running, compliling and managing output of such reports for DOR or its designated report recipients. Core services include: software support and maintenance, application and database hosting and account management services. Optional services are potential deliverables and include by way of example indexing certain deeds from Land and Vitals and import into Eagle Recorder migration from Eagle Web to Tyler self-service.
