Description
The Philadelphia Water Department (PWD) is seeking proposals from qualified applicants to provide dye dilution testing of sewer flow meters and associated data processing tasks. The dye dilution testing will be used to support two primary objectives: 1. Verification of accuracy of the existing meters used in the wastewater system. 2. Real time calibration of existing meters used in the wastewater system.Attachments
