Description

Design involves the planning, scheduling, organizing, and controlling of resources to achieve specific objectives within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The selected Applicant would be responsible for advancing various projects in GROUP 1 (TRANSIT FIRST), GROUP 2 (COMPLETE STREETS) and in GROUP 3 (MARKET STREET) categories described in Project Overview, Section C of this RFP from inception through bid award to the completion and closeout of all construction activity. This will be accomplished through the management and coordination of all aspects of each project with the DOS and its design and construction consultants, regulatory and resource agencies, utilities, private stakeholders, residents, the media, and the public. The Applicant chosen must be able to react quickly to short-term deadlines that may arise during the projects.
