Description

AIRPORT DBE CONSULTING: The successful Applicant shall provide on-call consulting services in connection with the PHL Airport's Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) and the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Programs. While there are no specific participation ranges established for this RFP, Applicants are required to exercise their Best and Good Faith Efforts to provide meaningful opportunities for the participation of M/W/DSBEs in their proposals.
