Description

The Department of Revenue deployed its Data Warehouse and Case Management (DWCM) system in March of 2017 to consolidate taxpayer and water customer data from many different sources in support of its operations. At this time, DWCM has regular feeds from internal Revenue systems (Tax, Water, Agency Receivables and Law), other City of Philadelphia departments (Courts, License and Inspections, Tax Review Board, Office of Property Assessments), private collection agencies, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Federal IRS data. The primary objectives of this RFP are to provide continuous support and maintenance of both the physical data warehouse with the interfacing data feeds, and a case management system which contains data from the warehouse meeting certain criteria. Services include but not limited to: - Software Support and Maintenance - Consulting Services Support - Application Support
