Description

The City of Philadelphia seeks proposals from qualified firms or entities for the purpose of providing legal representation for indigent criminal defendants, and other litigants, in the City of Philadelphia. The City is also seeking respondents for a provision of services where the Public Defender is prohibited from providing such representation due to the existence of a conflict of interest, as an addendum to submitted proposals.
