Description

The City of Philadelphia ("the City") is soliciting proposals from qualified "Applicant(s)") to administer its Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Commuter programs for its 6,400 enrolled actives from qualified organizations, effective on January 1, 2021. The City is committed to providing the highest quality benefits with an emphasis on customer service, preventative wellness benefits, and utilization management and promoted health care utilization while preserving individual choices and options.
