The City of Portland, Portland Bureau of Transportation is seeking proposals from individuals, firms, teams or Consultants, hereafter called Proposers, with demonstrated experience in development of a risk management framework and risk register, and to deliver staff training to advance risk-based asset management for Portland transportation.
