Description

The City of Portland's Procurement Services division is seeking information from qualified firms or contractors with demonstrated experience working with Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises and developing a diverse workforce. The City seeks CONSULTING SERVICES specializing in assisting governments, municipalities, and other public sector entities to increase City contracts awarded and paid to BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) owned businesses in a sustainable way.
