Description
Scope of Services The Port is soliciting proposals from experienced firms or teams of firms capable of providing information technology (IT) managed services to the Port. Provided acceptable proposals are received, the Port intends to award one highly-qualified Provider a contract with up to a eight-year term. The Port intends to establish a collaborative contractual relationship with a qualified Provider who will deliver the following infrastructure services:• Data Center Services • Data Network Services – specifically focused on edge and distribution switches• Voice Network Services• Cross-Functional ServicesMore detail regarding the scope of services can be found in the RFP Schedule F.1, F.2 and F.4 attached in the Documents & Attachments tab.Attachments
