Description

Excavate soil and wood cribbing in four (4) locations adjacent to the Tanner Creek Sewer located on the Centennial Mills property located at 1362 NW Naito Parkway in Portland, Oregon and replace with cutoff collars and extensions consisting of sheet pile and grout.

Bids submitted to Prosper Portland will be deemed to include any and all labor, materials, equipment rentals, disposal (if appliable), mobilization, demobilization, overhead, profit, and all associated costs necessary to complete the work as described in this ITB, even if no line items in the bid give a cost for these aspects of the work.

The scope of work, Phase II Remedial Action Plan, material volume estimates, specifications, and drawings for the Work are contained in Exhibits A, B, and C of this ITB.



Pre-Bid Conference

Meet at 1362 NW Naito Parkway in Portland, Oregon at 11:00 AM on March 22, 2022. To be eligible to submit a Bid, a prospective Bidder must have a representative sign-in on the Owner-supplied form at the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference.
