Description
Through this Request for Qualifications (this “RFQ”), Prosper Portland requests statements of qualifications, expertise and pricing (“proposals”) from individuals or firms (“Proposers” or “you(r)”) to provide Engineering services on an “as needed” basis. Prosper intends to award multiple Flexible Service Contracts from this RFQ. A Flexible Service Contract is a price agreement to provide a range of services with work authorized through Work Orders (see Section 4 of this RFQ). PROSPER PORTLAND MAKES NO GUARANTEE OF WORK UNDER A FLEXIBLE SERVICES CONTRACT.
