Description
Prosper Portland is seeking expressions of interest from property owners, real estate developers, and private firms or community-based operators interested in establishing one or more Cultural Business Hubs (Hub) within the Interstate Corridor Tax Increment Finance (TIF) District in support of the N/NE Community Development Initiative Action Plan. The goal of this RFEI is to provide an opportunity for individuals, businesses and organizations to express interest in working on or being a part of this initiative.
Response Preparation and Submission Instructions: You may either hand-deliver, mail or email your response to Prosper Portland’s Point of Contact for this RFEI no later than the “Response Due Date and Time” listed on the first page of the RFEI.
