Description
Portland State University (PSU) is seeking quotes (“Quotes”) for replacement of an existing UPS battery system located on campus in the Fourth Avenue Building (“FAB”). This RFQ represents PSU’s good faith effort to detail its specifications and requirements for the replacement UPS battery system that will best meet PSU’s needs at the best value to PSU.
