Portland State University (PSU) is seeking quotes (“Quotes”) for a firm to complete a feasibility study, for constructing or purchasing and operating low-income housing to serve students (“Market Research, Development Opportunity Analysis, and Feasibility Analysis”). This RFQ represents PSU’s good faith effort to detail its specifications and requirements for the Market Research, Development Opportunity Analysis, and Feasibility Analysis services that will best meet PSU’s needs at the best value to PSU.
