Description
The work includes, but is not limited to: remove and replace areas of wet/deteriorated roofing materials as marked on the roof scan - apply a liquid applied roof restoration system to all roof and flashing surfaces – remove and replace the existing HVAC duct covering and insulation. There will be a pre-bid conference starting at 11:30 AM on Friday, March 6, 2020. Attendance of this meeting is mandatory. Garland/DBS will receive proposals no later than 2: PM, Friday, March 13, 2020.
