Description
The Blanche A. Nixon- Cobbs Creek Library is an existing Carnegie funded Philadelphia Public Library located in the Cobbs Creek neighborhood of Philadelphia. The project scope is not yet fully defined and is subject to a site assessment. The scope is anticipated to include improvements to the immediate surrounding site including site furniture, and the building interior & exterior.
