Description
The Paschalville Library is an 18,000 sf Carnegie Library constructed in 1914 that sits on a .3 acre site. The library provides computer and meeting facilities in Southwest Philadelphia. The scope of the project will include roof and envelope repairs and improvements to building systems and finishes. ADA, furniture, fire protection and restroom upgrades will also be a part of the project. The scope of the project is subject to change and expand based on the community engagement process.
