Make The World Better Foundation, in partnership with the Waterloo Playground community, Councilwoman Maria Quinonez-Sanchez's office, PPR, Rebuild, PWD and DCNR is seeking a general contractor to perform site renovations including the installation of rain gardens and stormwater tree trenches, a landscaped berm, new paving and lighting, and a new playground.
