Description

The City of Redmond requests Sealed Bids for the construction of the Northpoint Vista Pump Station/711-25-000180-PW. Bids will be accepted electronically through the City’s online bid submission portal Bid Locker by March 10, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time and then publicly opened and read at 2:05 PM via Microsoft Teams. The first-tier subcontractor list is required to be submitted by 4:00 PM, same day via the Bid Locker Portal. (Note: The first-tier subcontractor list may also be submitted with the sealed Bid at the Contractor’s preference).

Sealed bids will be received online as instructed on the Bid Locker Portal. Bids may also be submitted to the City, via mail, or in person, by contacting the SPC no later than two (2) business days prior to Bid opening to make arrangements ahead of time for an in-person submission. Hard copies will not be accepted unless the Bidder has made arrangements ahead of time. If a hard copy of the Bid is submitted without prior coordination with the SPC, the Bid will be returned (unopened) to the Bidder without consideration. No faxed or emailed submissions will be accepted.
