Description
The University is seeking bids from qualified Contractors to perform work to mill and repave the Parking Lots at its East Campus Complex (EC) and its Admission House (AD) parking lots. Also included is parking lot striping and thermoplastic work. Other minor repairs and maintenance items are also noted on the Project Bid Documents. The work will be phased into four parts (two phases for each parking lot) to allow for portions of each parking lot to be open for use by University staff at all times. Refer to the Drawings for phasing.
