Description

The University is requesting proposals for a qualified Contractor to perform repairs to the existing sub-floor, new metal stud drywall partitions, new doors frames and hardware, painting, new lay-in ceilings, new electrical panels and light fixtures, new interior air handling unit and exterior condenser. As part of Add Alternate 1, new pressure treated wood ADA ramp, platform and steps; and new concrete path linking the front parking area with the rear entrance per the Specifications and Drawings.
