Description
*THIS IS A SMALL BUSINESS RESERVE ONLY SOLICITATION*
The University is seeking bids from qualified Contractors to replace existing downlight and up-light fixtures in an existing two story 2,600 sf space with perimeter gallery at the second level. At the second-floor gallery level, the existing up-lights will be energized via new cable routes that will also have space for IT wiring to control the lights. The new cable routes will be enclosed by painted wood enclosures at gallery level, and painted drywall enclosure at second floor ceiling level. All new light fixtures to be LED, and most will be controllable by virtue of the specified specialized items.
