Description
The University is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to demolish and replace: 1). First and Second floor exterior wood decks/railings, etc. 2). Front Façade first and second floor vinyl windows, 3). Front Façade first floor composite stone exterior wall finish and second floor vinyl siding. Replace the whole façade with new vinyl siding, and all other work as specified. Work to occur at Sea Gull Village Buildings 1400 & 1402.
