Description
The University is seeking bids from qualified contractors to perform painting and touchup of the interior living spaces at Sea Gull Square residence hall. Sea Gull Square is a 12-month lease apartment style residences hall. As such, there will be residents living in the areas and often in the same apartment where painting is to be completed. Occupied bedrooms will be marked, and no Contractor will be permitted to enter these occupied spaces.

NOTE: The time listed for this Pre-Bid/Walk-Thru is estimated. It will occur immediately after the IFB NO. SU-2445-SS Chester Hall Interior Painting meeting that is scheduled for same day at 9am and is estimated to be about an hour.
