Description
Tualatin Valley Water District (TVWD) invites vendors to submit quotes for the Request for Quotes #2404 for floor mats, kitchen towels, shop towels, coveralls and related items for use at TVWD facilities (RFQ).
There will be an optional pre-quote meeting and TVWD facility tour on March 14, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. at TVWD’s headquarters located at 1850 SW 170th Avenue, Beaverton, OR 97003.
Quality of leased products requires pre-approval before submitting a quote. Quotes are due March 28, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. to Scott Page via email at scott.page@tvwd.org.

Special Instructions
Quality of Leased Products require pre-approval before submitting a quote. The samples listed below in Paragraph C should be labeled with vendor’s name and mailing address and delivered to the attention of Collin Fleming, Building and Grounds Supervisor at the address referenced above and delivered by March 21, 2023. The District will notify each vendor regarding acceptance of the submitted samples within 48 hours of submission. Vendors should not supply a quote if TVWD does not accept the quality of their samples. Samples may be picked up after notification.

1 Small Walk Off Mat
3 Towels used to dry glasses
3 Shop Towels
1 Pair of Shop Coveralls.

About Tualatin Valley Water District
Contracting with TVWD
TVWD is a special district, established to provide drinking water, and is governed by an elected Board of Commissioners.
