Description
Tualatin Valley Water District (TVWD) invites vendors to submit quotes for the Request for Quotes for Mats, Kitchen and Shop Towels and Related Items for use at TVWD facilities (RFQ). The RFQ documents are available at https://bidlocker.us/details/4588_Mats_Kitchen_Shop_Towels_Related_Items_Rfq_2025 (Bid Locker).
There will be an optional pre-quote meeting and TVWD Headquarters tour on April 16, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at TVWD’s headquarters located at 1850 SW 170th Avenue, Beaverton, OR 97007.
Quality of leased products requires pre-approval before submitting a quote. Samples must be submitted by April 23, 2025 at 4:00 p.m.
Quotes are due to Bid Locker or by email to Janet Fleshman at bidsandproposals@tvwd.org by April 30, 2025 at 2:00 p.m.
Access to Bid Locker requires free vendor registration and completion of confidentiality agreement. Vendors who are not registered and approved on Bid Locker may email Janet Fleshman for the RFQ documents.
Special Instructions

About Tualatin Valley Water District
Contracting with TVWD
TVWD is a special district, established to provide drinking water, and is governed by an elected Board of Commissioners. Because some of the information in our solicitations is confidential and protected under US law, all vendors are required to complete a Confidentiality Agreement prior to their TVWD Bid Locker profile being approved. This approval is a manual process. Please allow one business day for approval and follow any emailed instructions received. TVWD is not responsible for vendors who cannot download and/or submit solicitation responses due to vendor profiles that are not approved.
