Description
The University of Maryland Global Campus (“UMGC” or “University”) is seeking proposals from professional, and experienced firms to provide UMGC with in-house mail operation services (“the Services”) including, but not limited to, mail processing, sorting, folding, inserting, inter-office mail, delivering, opening, and pickup. The services are to be performed at UMGC’s headquarters in Adelphi, Maryland. Therefore, local proximity of the firm is a critical factor and the proposing firms’ locations will be considered when determining the best fit and value to UMGC.
This is a Small Business Reserve (SBR) procurement for which the award will be limited to Certified Small Business vendors. Only vendors that meet the statutory requirements set forth in State Finance and Procurement Article Subsections 14-501 – 14-505, Annotated Code of Maryland, and who are registered with the Department of General Services Small Business Reserve Program are eligible for award of a contract. Proposing firms must be certified by the State of Maryland and such a certification needs to be submitted to UMGC in order to be eligible to receive the award. A site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Advanced registration is required no later than 10:00 AM ET on Tuesday, March 18, 2025. Refer to the RFP for additional details.
Technical Proposals are due no later than 11:00 AM ET on March 31, 2025. Please read the directions carefully for electronic submissions to Bid Locker. Firms must be registered to Bid Locker prior to uploading Proposals.
