The University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide remote IT Service Center support for prospective and current students, faculty, and staff. The selected Contractor will operate a multi-channel service center to deliver technical assistance for UMGC applications, learning technologies, hardware, software, and mobile devices. Services include first-contact resolution, incident management, reporting, escalation, and compliance with UMGC’s security standards. All services must be delivered remotely, with no on-site support required.

Special Instructions

All proposers must demonstrate how they will meet or support this goal by submitting the required MBE attachments provided in the attached solicitation document. It is imperative that Proposers and ultimately the selected Contractor follows the MBE guidelines for subcontracting requirements.  If an MBE prime is awarded the Contract, this MBE subcontracting goal will still apply.
