Pre-Quote Site Visit Information
A voluntary pre-proposal conference will be held at the Oregon Convention Center, 777 NE Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd, Portland, OR 97232 on Wednesday April 16, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. Please meet in the MLK Lobby main entrance of the Oregon Convention Center.
Interested proposers and subcontractors are encouraged to attend the conference in order to gain information about the RFP requirements.
Interested proposers who pre-register on BidLocker by 2:00 PM, April 15, 2025 will receive a parking pass.
